Our Service Department

• Our piano technicians are more than “tuners”, they are full service techs with decades worth of experience. That means we can diagnose and repair just about anything on your piano.
• The tuning techniques used by our team will insure that your piano stays in tune longer and have fewer service issues down the road.
• It’s a good idea to form a relationship with someone who knows your instrument and can handle any repairs which might surface over time. We would love the opportunity to become your primary tuning company.

Our Rates

• Our standard tuning fee is $115 which includes any minor adjustments as well as concert tuning. The rate for all other repairs is $60 per hour. If our techs spot something that needs repair, they will explain what needs to be done, why it should be done, and have you sign off on it before starting any of the work.
